I am absolutely delighted with the care I received from this clinic, from my very first consultation right through to my full recovery. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and reassured. Dr Tho was patient, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable — he took the time to properly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt fully informed and comfortable before moving forward. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance, which I really appreciated.
The professionalism of the entire team (special mention to James) was outstanding, from the nurses to the support staff — everyone exceeded my expectations at every stage. I was also really pleased that the clinic staff spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and put me completely at ease throughout the whole process.
What really stood out to me was the aftercare. My post-operative medications and dressings were all included in the price, which made recovery so much simpler and gave me real peace of mind — I didn't have to worry about extra costs or running around trying to source supplies myself. The staff were thorough in explaining how to care for myself afterward and checked in on my progress regularly.
The clinic itself was immaculate — spotless, well maintained, and clearly held to a very high standard of hygiene. Throughout my entire journey, from pre-op to post-op, the staff were always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and I never once felt rushed or ignored.
I am beyond happy with my results, and the whole experience exceeded everything I hoped for. I cannot recommend Dr. Tho and Amarante clinic highly enough — the care, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish. If you're considering eye bag removal and subbrow lift, I would not hesitate to recommend Amarante Clinic to anyone.
